Ono Loa Cookbook is here!
The Ono Loa Cookbook is the first of its kind for Hawaii and it consists of 230 favorite recipes from 25 high school culinary arts programs in Hawaii, in addition to recipes from Aloun Farms, Pacific Islands Fisheries Group, Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation and Malama Learning Center. From simple to sophisticated, the recipes reflect the creativity and diversity of Hawaii’s food culture. Readers will also enjoy reading the short “stories” that accompany the recipes.
The hardcover cookbook includes colored photos, colored dividers and 24 pages of cooking tips/guides/charts. Each cookbook reader can also access a free e-Book copy of all the recipes.
